Want to help start a Teen Council?

We would love to have a Teen Council to advise us on teen programs and make suggestions for books to add to our young adult collection.  We need at least five young teens who use the library and who would be willing to plan programs and review book ideas for the library.  The Council will need an adult advisor who would meet with them and supervise their activities.  If you and your friends (or parent) are interested, let us know at the library.

School Days!

School has begun again both for our youth and most college students.   We have many books that can be used for research and are able to obtain books from other libraries if we don't have what you need.   It usually takes about a week to process and receive an interlibrary loan.

Use Your Ridley's Advantage Points for the Library

Did you know that you can help the library every time you shop at Ridley's? Go to their website at www.shopridleys.com and sign up for the Home Town Advantage program. There is a list of organizations to choose from, and you can select the Middleton Public Library!

If you have been giving us your points, thank you very much.  However, you will need to sign up again in 2010 to donate the points from the current year.  You can do that at the Ridleys website or you can sign a form in the library.
