This event is a “4”Person Best Ball scramble, space is
limited so please register early! Registration is $50.00 per person and includes:
18 holes of golf w/ cart, course snacks, a delicious meal afterwards, many
prize opportunities, and guaranteed fun throughout!! You’ll be glad to know a
portion of your entry will go to support the MIDDLETON PUBLIC LIBRARY!
Individuals are encouraged to participate; you will be matched with other
individuals the day of the event to form a complete team.

and no later than May 25^th!!
